What type of batteries are needed for the Inbee Clock?
The Inbee Clock takes 1 Double-A battery to run.
What is the best way to mount my Inbee clock on the wall?
Use 2 wall anchors and 2 pan head screws. Secure the screws into the wall at the appropriate distance apart and slide the clock over them using the keyhole slots. A Mini Ratcheting Screwdriver works best to get a final tight and flush position against your wall when your traditional screwdriver can’t fit behind the clock body. Try this one.
The clock can also work in the mantel clock position as well! No securing needed! (See product photos)
The bottom of my candle is jagged or has small chunks taken out. Is this normal?
Yes! These imperfections are part of the handmade nature of this product. They will not alter the function or overall aesthetic of the candle. A refund/return will not be completed based on these markings.
Are there specific lighting instructions for the candle?
Yes! Lighting/safety instructions are located on the sticker securing the packaging your candle is wrapped.
What is the estimated burn time for one Hyde Candle?
If proper burning instructions are followed, the Hyde Candle has clocked in at approximately 25+ hours. But let us know if you have a new record!
Is the Hyde Candle messy?
It can be! Just remember to put it on a surface that can catch any and all wax that may drip or pool and you should be good!
Are you seriously selling rubber bands?!
Yes! This project was one that is near and dear to my heart. Move along if it’s not your thing. But if you want to experience pure freedom, your journey starts here.
So is the tile a piece of art or a product?
It’s both! Or either. Or neither. It all depends on who you ask! I like to think of it as a hand pulled silk screen print that is done on a tile instead of paper. So for me it’s more of an art object with functional uses.
My order is taking longer than I thought it would. What gives?
There’s probably a good reason, or a holiday. In fact, orders placed on or around holidays may experience delays due to postal service delays as well as me taking vacation time. But we’ll try and keep you in the know as much as possible.
